Opening April 25th
In an effort to improve conditions for the
unfortunate
press-less souls north of the Charles river, we'll soon
be
pressing on to 736 Massachusetts Avenue in Central
Square.
Open for breakfast, lunch, and in the
evening, and also offering gelato. Please come by!
But our hearts will always be with you Boston...

Why we love CIABATTA! |
|
|
by Mad Muffin
|
|
Ciabatta (chee-BAH-tah) bread
Literally "slipper", after it's shape, this crusty,
dense, and hearty rustic bread originated
in the Trentino region of Italy.
It's great toasted, crispy but still soft inside.
Received fresh everyday, it is featured on the Pressed
Italian Chicken, Cuban, Grilled Chicken Salsa, and
Southwest Beef sandwiches. That's Delicious!
